While we mostly do home repair and kitchen and bathroom renovations, we will on occasion move into other domains when the projects look sufficiently interesting, demanding, or enjoyable. These are some "other" things that we can do, if needed.
Whole Home in Minnetonka, MN
Douglas Fir flooring, fall protection, thick timber treads for two staircases, new Marvin windows with 3/4 trim tight to drywall. The exterior is comprised of prefinished Hardi paneling, Mirtech trims and charred (black) cedar siding. Our full skillset is on display on this project.
Architectural Exterior in Golden Valley, MN
This project was done for an architect that we've done many projects for. We added a porch (roof and deck) to the front of the house. We used a mixture of Azek trims and decking, Hardi siding and natural cedar lap siding and timber accents.
Open Basement in St. Louis Park, MN
This was a basement we did in St. Louis Park, MN. We spent some time cleaning up the existing HVAC and plumbing work in order to open up the floor plan. We added a staircase opening with some custom balustrade/fall protection, added a fire place, a small bathroom, and organized their utility room.
